The new, improved Powerbox Plus thermoelectric cooler features 30% more insulation than its predecessors. Your food and beverages remain at 20° C below the outside temperature, whether the cooler is powered by the car’s 12V socket or, as an option, by a normal 230V socket via a transformer.
The enhanced fan is extremely quiet and won’t wake you up at night with its 39 dB maximum (for comparison, there are around 40 dB in a quiet library).
The Powerbox Plus thermoelectric cooler is antimicrobial. Antimicrobial protection reduces the development of odors, fungi and mildew, and is an integral part of the interior finish. This means that the effect cannot wear out or weaken over the lifetime of the box.

Antimicrobial interior – anti-odour and anti-mould
The antimicrobial property is generated by an additive added to the plastic during the melting process, which is then poured into the mould. As a result, antimicrobial protection lasts a lifetime and cannot be scratched or worn away over time.
