We offer gift cards with values from €20 to €500.
Where can I use my gift card?
You can use your card on the entire website. Please note that the card is only valid in the country where it was purchased.
Can I cancel, change or exchange my gift card?
The gift card is a means of payment equivalent to cash. Consequently, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for cash.
What happens if the balance on my gift card isn't enough to pay for my purchase?
You can use several gift cards to pay for your purchase. If the balance is insufficient, you can top it up with another payment method.
What happens if I don't use all my gift card for an order?
After your purchase, any remaining balance will be kept and can be used for a future order, provided it is used before the expiry date.
How many gift cards can I use in a single order?
You can use a maximum of 1 gift card per order.
What happens if I return my order?
Refunds on returned items paid for with a gift card will be credited to the same card. If the purchase was paid for in part with a gift card and another method of payment, each amount will be refunded to its original method of payment.
