You control your performance and resistance at all times. The amount of work you do is directly calculated by the force with which you row. Row harder to go faster, row easier to go slower. The spiral damper lets you quickly adjust the airflow to the flywheel, from low drag at setting 1 to maximum drag at setting 10. It’s a lot like rowing with low drag or shallow paddle depth at 1, to maximum drag with deep paddle depth at 10. The flywheel design produces a smooth feel and minimizes noise.
Simplified storage and transport:
Xebex Air Rowers fold in half, taking up less than 50% of their original footprint, which measures just 3 feet long x 20 inches wide when folded. Folding and transporting takes less than 5 seconds and requires no tools: simply pull the Xebex Air Rower’s traction pin until the rail touches the ground. Lift the rail upwards until it clicks into place, and that’s it. Once folded, you can roll the Xebex Air Rower on 4 wheels for one-handed storage.
Easily measure performance and progress:
The Xebex Air Rower features an intuitive console that tracks your performance in real time: time, distance, calories, watts, heart rate (with compatible monitor), cadence and more. It allows specific data such as average pace, calories/hour or strength curve to be displayed in large format. Numerous predefined programs are available, including interval, competition and personalized objectives (time, distance, calories, etc.).
