What does the application do?
Aero-Step XL functional improves joint stability. Muscles are toned and strengthened in depth. Joint stability is improved, balance is found, imbalances are compensated for and reflexes and reactions are encouraged.
How does it work?
Whether in standing, prone or dorsal position, the stability provided by the air filling makes every known exercise more stimulating. The inserted connecting plate provides the necessary stabilization, guaranteeing good grip on the ground. Air-filled chambers allow very subtle movements. This means high demands and therefore rapid training effects.
