The Dynair-A – made in Germany – is a three-part inflated cushion. It was developed in collaboration with Karin Albrecht specifically for the Antara® training concept. The achievable body position, possible applications and training effects are very unique. The way in which the Dynair-A is constructed, and in particular the air filling, provokes sensorimotor stimuli that act in depth, enabling the local muscles to react effectively.
