The difference between Dynair Ballkissen XXL Level IV, Level III and Meditation lies in the hardness of the material. Dynair Ballkissen XXL Meditation and Dynair Ball Cushion Level III have the same degree of hardness. Only the color varies. In contrast, Dynair Ballkissen XXL Level IV has a lower degree of hardness, resulting in greater instability of the training equipment during exercise, making training even more effective.
