Unique CoreBalance technology for safe, symmetrical training
LifeSpan E3i+ features patented LifeSpan CoreBalance technology. This technology detects irregularities in your training movements. Special sensors in the pedals measure the pressure exerted by your legs and display this data directly on the elliptical’s console. This ensures that your training movements are always symmetrical and balanced, which is essential for avoiding injury and optimizing the effectiveness of your session.
A varied and stimulating workout
The elliptical offers a challenging workout with 20 resistance levels and up to 20% incline. Thanks to the frictionless magnetic braking system, you can automatically adjust the resistance and personalize your workout to your preferences. The high incline effectively targets the calf, quadriceps and hamstring muscles. There are 21 different training programs, including 17 preset programs (including five weight loss programs, five ‘Healthy Living’ programs and seven sports programs), two heart rate control programs and two customizable manual programs. This allows you to vary your sessions and stay motivated.
Optimized stride length and pedal distance
With a 50 cm stride length, the E3i+ is suitable for users between 170 and 200 cm tall, offering a comfortable workout. The distance between the pedals is reduced to just 10 cm, making movements very natural and gentle on the joints.
Front flywheel for natural, fluid movement
The flywheel is positioned at the front, making the steps long and flat, imitating natural walking. The crosstrainer is equipped with double rails for exceptional stability and fluidity of movement. It also has a solid base at the front, for added stability during training.
Tablet holder, speakers and USB port for a pleasant workout
The elliptical is equipped with a practical smartphone and tablet holder, and is compatible with these devices, allowing you to track your workout data on your tablet or entertain yourself with films, series or music. Built-in speakers deliver top-quality sound for total immersion in your entertainment. Thanks to the USB port, you can recharge your devices during your workout, avoiding battery failure. The 7.5″ LCD screen lets you monitor your training data and results in real time.
