L-citrulline, beta-alanine, l-leucine, flavourings, acidifying agents (citric acid, malic acid, L(+)-tartaric acid), anti-caking agents (calcium silicate, silicon dioxide), n-acetyl-L-carnitine, n-acetyl-L-tyrosine, inulin, watermelon juice powder (PerforMelon®), sweeteners (acesulfame-K, sucralose), natural caffeine, l-theanine, spirulina powder, grape extract (Vitis vinifera, seed), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), black pepper extract (Piper nigrum L., fruit), niacin (nicotinamide), calcium d-pantothenate (vitamin B5), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Mix 21 g (approx. 3 spoons) in 400 ml cold water. 1 dose per day is recommended.
