Maltodextrin, glucose, isomaltulose* (20%), sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid, calcium lactate, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, magnesium citrate, flavour, L-ascorbic acid, potassium citrate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride. *Isomaltulose is a source of fructose and glucose.
Mix 30 g of powder with 375 ml of water (isotonic drink, 280 mOsm/l) or with 500 ml of water (hypotonic drink, 210 mOsm/kg). Hypotonic drinks are recommended before and during exercise. Isotonic drinks are recommended for adults after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, i.e. 3 cans (90 g).
