The GladiatorFit mini loop band is the compact, high-performance tool for adding progressive resistance to all your exercises – from targeted strengthening to stretching and rehabilitation. Made from highly elastic natural latex, this flat loop (dimensions 60 × 5 cm) offers a supple return and excellent durability, even after intensive use.

Five color-coded resistance levels allow you to fine-tune the intensity of your sessions: from gentle mobilization work to the most demanding sets. Each band has a different thickness (0.4 to 1.2 mm) and a measured strength range, making it easy to choose the right one for your objective:

Level guide (color – thickness – strength)

  • Green – Light – 0.4 mm – 2 to 4 kg
  • Blue – Medium – 0.6 mm – 4 to 7 kg
  • Yellow – Heavy – 0.8 mm – 7 to 10 kg
  • Red – X-Heavy – 1.0 mm – 10 to 14 kg
  • Black – XX-Heavy – 1.2 mm – 14 to 18 kg

Lors de la Spartan de St-Croix, on m'a vendu l'idée que ces élastiques étaient bien pour bosser les jambes (alors qu'il a bien vu que j'avais un gabarit d'ours ...). Pour un végane famélique peut-être ... On peut bosser des bras, ils sont ok pour ça.
