Highly shock-absorbent recycled rubber fitness tiles are manufactured and designed for any open and/or functional space.
The standard rubber tile features a two-layer system: the lower layer is made up of coarse granules and the upper layer of 5 mm finer granules. These tiles are manufactured in the EU and are made exclusively from recycled European PU-bonded tires.
The two different floor structures are specially designed to channel (rain)water through and away from the training area.
A pinhole is placed every 25 centimetres, giving an average of 4 connecting pins per metre. This ensures that once connected, the tiles remain firmly in place.
This results in a phenomenal floating system, without the use of glue or other complicated installation methods.
If you wish to minimize the visual effect of joints that expand and contract with the weather, you can choose to close the joints with MS polymer adhesive.
Slabs can easily be cut to size using a hand knife, for which we recommend the use of hollow knives. Our outdoor fitness tiles can be easily installed using the pin assembly system, with no need for adhesives. The edges can be covered with a stainless steel profile.
