Body Attack Protein Pancake is a tasty pancake and is particularly good for gourmets and athletes who want protein-rich foods. Body Attack Pancake provides 34g of whey protein and hen egg protein, and contains just 3.4g of fat per 100g. A traditional pancake usually contains only 8g of protein and over 10g of fat. Due to the high protein content, Body Attack Pancake saturates very quickly and can be used as a kind of quick snack in the form of sweet cravings. Pancakes are quick and easy to prepare, and taste great with less fat and more protein than regular pancakes. It can be stored in the fridge for 1-3 days.
