Protein blend(milk) (whey protein concentrate(milk), whey protein isolate(milk), hydrolysed whey protein isolate(milk), milk protein isolate, micellar casein(milk), calcium caseinate(milk), emulsifier : soya lecithin), flavourings(milk), sunflower oil powder(milk), low-fat cocoa powder, thickeners (sodium carboxymethylcellulose, xanthan gum, carrageenan), sodium chloride, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame-K).

Mix 1 dose in your shaker (40g) with about 350 ml of cool water. Use a shaker with a rack to avoid lumps.
