These fine-surface sports floor tiles are perfect for use in gyms and sports halls. The tiles have a smoother surface than other rubber tiles. Not only is it much more pleasant to the touch, it’s also more hygienic and easier to clean. The tiles are made from rubber granules, composed of 70% black SBR and 30% gray EPDM. The tiles provide a comfortable, cushioning surface.
Thanks to their fine texture, rubber tiles have a luxurious look and are highly resistant. Despite the regular appearance, the surface still offers optimum anti-slip properties. This makes the slabs ideal for crosstraining, fitness, heavy weights and floor exercises.
The absorption capacity of rubber tiles ensures that falling dumbbells and weights don’t damage the floor, and that their noise is dampened. That’s why they’re commonly used when training with heavy weights, such as in home gyms, crosstraining boxes and free-weight zones. Cardio equipment, such as crosswalkers and treadmills, can also be placed on this fitness floor.
Sports floor tiles are made from recycled SBR rubber combined with EPDM. SBR is a durable rubber variant that guarantees many years of comfortable use with minimal maintenance. You can easily clean the floor with a vacuum cleaner or mop. Be careful with oils and greases, as they damage the rubber.
